A vampire of a group calling themselves the Ordo Dracul. Unlike other vampires that The Penultima have encountered, he has a grotesque appearance that makes one wonder how he could ever hide among Sleepers, though he seems to command some form of invisibility which is currently ill-understood by the Penultima which may explain this.

Samuel's skin is leathery, ears almost non-existant and his eyes nearly just black orbs. A miasma of dread seems to follow him and his servants (see below) everywhere.

Samuel has collaborated with Arondight and Pénghoú on a few mystical experiments, after the former made contact with him while trying to find a less violent solution to the Codex Caeli situation. As part of these events, Pénghoú had been kept as collateral for multiple days, this eventually led to him and Samuel developing an odd level of trust and camaraderie, which then justified Pénghóu purchasing Allies (Ordo Dracul).
