Another vampire of the Ordo Dracul. Very little is known about her. Part of Pénghoú's Allies (Ordo Dracul). -
Hierarch Nike
The Hierarch of the Silver City Consilium. She has shown a favorable disposition towards the Penultima and has an active interest in the actions of Ultima Holdings. She is very spry for her age, blonde, and usually dresses in her hallmark blazers. -
Samuel
A vampire of a group calling themselves the Ordo Dracul. Samuel's skin is leathery, ears almost non-existant and his eyes nearly just black orbs. A miasma of dread seems to follow him everywhere. Part of Pénghoú's Allies (Ordo Dracul). -
Vanus
Vanus has acted as mysterious benefactor to the Penultima multiple times, but the Penultima are very wary of him, as he is a self-confessed scelestus. He is an aging gentleman, seemingly decrepit beyond his years.
