A jovial, rotund man who is the owner and cook of The Toasted Scholar

The cook and owner of The Toasted Scholar is a man of jovial attitude who enjoys feeding those who come into the tavern. He speaks in a boisterous voice that can be heard from any floor of the tavern. PCs can often come to him and he will have a need of their services to acquire rare herbs or ingredients for his foods.
