Backstory
 
Born as twins, Belladonna and her brother Arsenic were expected to be red dragons, powerful and full of fiery rage. However, due to the interference of Lillian Harker-Oakenbreeze, their destinies were altered, and they were born as brass dragons—considered lesser among their kin. Additionally, their breath weapon was not the usual searing fire but a cloud of lethal poison, a tool of silent death.
 
This difference marked them as outsiders, and the dragon clan saw their skills in stealth, poison, and assassination as dishonorable—a betrayal of the dragon's inherent might and pride. However, the twins found a way to use these skills to protect the clan in ways that others could not.
 
Seeking redemption and acceptance, they sought the Stewards of YonZora. These stewards, who valued loyalty and strength of spirit over appearances, gave the twins a series of trials to prove their loyalty. With the backing of Io, the Dragon God of Knowledge, their perseverance paid off. The twins were accepted into the clan, and eventually, Belladonna was chosen as one of the 12 Guardians—a testament to her loyalty and the unique skills she brought to the Stewards.
