Personal history

An abandoned child at the temple of Sarenrae in a small town in Nirmathas. She was taken in and raised by the priests, but her otherworldly appearance soon caused strains within the temple. Infighting over Tu An occurred frequently. So, at the age of 16, Tu An snuck away in the shadow of night.
 
Unlike others of her kind, hiding her features was impossible so she suffered ridicule and hostility basically everywhere she went, but she never lost her faith. Soon, she had a small following who also had problems fitting in; including a fair bit of sentient monsters such as bugbears.
 
Tu An found herself in Restov, Brevoy. The temple of Sarenrae took her in and she became a popular leader in their temple. However, the people of Restov did not accept the devil-kin, and actively attacked and accosted the temple or Tu An herself. After witnessing one of her followers attacks, Tu An lost her patience, and flames erupted from her hands. If she had not stopped herself at the last moment, she would of incinerated the individual.
 
Tu An opted to accept the PCs offer to assist in Tuskeep's development. She currently leads the nation's faith, and actively leads the shrine of Sarenrae.

Morality & Philosophy

Life is precious. Only in the absolute need should life be snuffed out. And if death needs come, make it swift and merciful.
 
All beings deserve a chance at redemption no matter how lost they may seem.

Kressle: She desires to redeem the woman. However, Kressle has met all of Tu An's approaches with hostility.
 
Akiros: Tu An is abit soft towards the knight. He treats her as a comrade. They've had their fair share of religious conversations and debates.
 
Neerul: Tu An sees Nerrul as a daughter, and is quite protective of the golden kobold.
