Mayor of Nova Aera

The democratically elected mayor of Nova Aera. Arugus grew up in one of the poorest areas of the city and know the struggles of the common man. He is a Tiefling, which means that he has demonic blood coursing through his veins. This demonic influence manifests itself in his purple skin, long goatlike horns, and a serpentine tail. Instead of rejecting his demonic influence, Arugus embraces it. He sees himself as a perfect representation of Nova Aeras core values, that one should never judge a book by its cover.
