Fall Back Into Place.

I don't know if I can be who I was before. I miss the innocence of it all. The unknown ya'know. Things I so desperately wish I could take back or change... The worst failure is the kind you know you could have prevented.
John never deserved to be forced into the world of darkness. He was pure. Walking amongst the monsters of the night as he became what he prayed to leave the innocent alone. Fate is so cruel, and to hurt someone who had already been put through enough... I guess this is what happens when you make a deal with the devil.
John I want you to know I cared about you... I wanted so much to show you that even though you became what you despised, you could do so much good. I wish I would have spent more time with you. Gotten to know you more. You gave me hope. Made me feel like I could give my faith a shot again.
I'll be carrying you with me for an eternity... and if I turn to ash? I hope to see you again, friend.
