Emaciated/Gaunt. Appears delicate yet very resilient.

Body Features

Very rectangular, flat chested and lacks any curves or definition.

Facial Features

Small button nose with doe eyes. Dark thick eyebrows imply magically dying her black hair to blonde. Originally had a series of red/infected cuts down her face.; from racking it with her own nails. Due to her keening/hysterical fits. Have since healed/scared. Facial scars are thinner and ness noticeable, but still show traces of hysteria.

Identifying Characteristics

Dragonmark, originally only located on the side of her neck. Has spread/extended to a Greater Mark. Covers her shoulder, resembling intricate Hydra necks, slithering to surround, as though to inspect, the Sliver shard empaled through the center of her chest. Staked through her torso. Mangled/hacked off elven ears. Restored through Divine sorcery. Crystallized points have since grown.

Blue pale eyes, now glow and flare purple from Divine sorcery granted by Shard.

Physical quirks

Is covering up an Trans Atlantic accent. Is an Over-Explainer. Talks fast/proper and poised. Yet, she is incredibly empathic/sensitive. Despite having and logical and rational mind, she can easily gets hysterical, irrational and overly emotional.

Apparel & Accessories

Accessorizes with keys she procured from escaping various escaped cells. Wears worn, plane shirts and cloaks. Wand (lost/broken) resembles a woodwind instrument. Spellbook: Decorated in flowers and coiling snake.

Personal history

Evelyn of House Phiarlan was born marked by fate: a Dragonmark of the Shadow, with it, she honed her War Magic during the 100 years of the Ebberon's Last War. All Dragonmarked houses were forced to remain neutral during this time. To not involve themselves directly in the great war. A war that scarred and caused devastating damage to the world of Ebberon. During this time, the Houses made great profits with their particular services and specialties. Ultimately, forming Monopolies in their respected industries. 

During the time of the Last War, Evy was arranged to marry another Dragonmarked Elf, Theo. The long engagement was ended abruptly, when it was revealed his family splintered off to became House Thuranni. The The Shadow Schism and Theo’s betrayal caused Evy to become very paranoid. She further secluded herself into her War Mage studies. Evy became obsessed in gathering background information and developing her Dragonmark. When not practicing preventative and defensive spells, Evy spent her time as a 'Composer' or 'Play-write' Not one to preform or entertain on stage, but more specified to the inter workings of what goes on “behind the scenes"    

Her magic and abilities caught the eye of one of her House's Spymasters, Taen. Evy's 'Compositions' and 'Scripts' were code for strategies. Primarily desecrete, used in espionage as a Liason to the Serpentine Table. 

One day, Evy was assigned to help investigate the movements of an 'otherworldly' enemy spell-caster.  One that she found increasingly dangerous to her spy network. Evy managed to Counter the rogue mage and defend her spies. This caused her to be revealed from her Invisibility. Evy was instantly targeted by another invisible assailant. She was unable to react in time, and was quickly knocked out and abducted. Teleported away to a different Plane, a Plane of Dread. Evy woke up in a cell inside a Tower. The beings that abducted her were arguing. One mentioning that her Dragonmark signified divinity as a worthy sacrifice. While the other kept yelling that Evy must be a women of a different name. The mage retorted that she couldn't be this women, since Evy was an Elf. The frustrated rogue then carved off the points of Evy's elven ears. 

Her ears mutilated, her wand snapped and spell-book stolen, Evy felt magically powerless. Except, the cell locks were child’s play. Evy got lose many times. Her Phiarlan arrogance hadn’t diminished yet. She collected keys and even took a cell bar and padlock as a trophy. Proudly walking around with it as a quarterstaff: it was confiscated from her every time she was caught and thrown back in her cell. But she aways made point to steal it back, it acted as her Arcane Focus. Since her wand was broken and her Spellbook missing: Evy was reliant on her memory of the spells she prepared the day she was abducted. Evy bumped into Anita during one of her many jail breaks. Startling Anita as Evy revealed herself from Invisibility, nearly getting shanked to death in their first encounter. They soon were discovered and thrown in the same cell together. Evy always saw Anita as a liability. Anita was just a simple baker without any magic; powerless and dependent on Evy. Anita soon was condescended and nicknamed as ‘Needy’ by Evy. They had many jail breaks together, eventually running into other escapees from various Planes. They fit a certain deserbing description… Cassandra and Chalice. Later Cid from the basement.
