Personal history

Anuki grew up in the quiet town of Koete, a few hours from the bustling metropolis city of Tokyo. She was well known in the community as both a friendly face, and a reliable help. At a very young age, she was seen as a chaotic and explorative youth. With high energy, and a curiosity that bested even cats.
 
She was well known to be helpful, picking up skills quickly, and being overly giving whenever someone asked for a favor. With her rutine following a daily schedule, the people she had come to know as close friends all became concerned when her joyous attitude turned to dutiful workaholic.
 
When her single mother looked to Tokyo as a means to pay off their family's crippling debt, she found a job that would displace the two forever. With only the summer left before Anuki would have to let go of her hometown and favorite people, she began asking for money in exchange for her help, picking up even more work than she was known to do. She was hopeful that the money she could make would help disuade her mother from taking the job in Tokyo, but in reality she knew it was never going to work.
