A striking young woman of elven descent, she is quick of Witt and action. When not actively sneaking or otherwise hiding her identity, she openly wears her father's golden rose broach pinned to the shoulder of her cloak. Of late an unfamiliar sadness has crept into her normally cheerful demeanor.

Ilisar is a young elven woman of high elven descent that tends bar at the End of the World Tavern in New Valencia . She is taller than most of the people around her and has piercing blue eyes and fine long blond hair that she often keeps up. Quiet, but quick of wit, she is constantly aware and on the lookout for danger.
 
She has spent her whole life in New Valencia, growing up in her parents' house she was quick and nimble, running and playing with children older than herself. Her grandfather tried to teach her the bow and woodcraft before he disappeared but she never seemed to take to it the way she did running the streets. As elven children mature slower than humans, she soon found herself "playing" with the teens and young adults that had been around her own age only years before.
 
As is often the case when younger children associate with older ones, she was often manipulated into things she might not have done on her own. Soon she was stealing things to please the boys she was with or serving as a lookout when they were up to more serious mischief. This went on for several years until she was caught. Caught not by the watch, but by one of the city's guild thieves.
 
The thieves guild of New Valencia wasn't as organized and power as similar organizations in other major cities are. The hadn't noticed the small crew of young thieves that had set up shop at first. They weeded some of them out, brutally sometimes, but the best they kept for themselves, and Ilisar was the best of the lot. She took to the training she was offered and picked up the skills of a journeyman thief before any of the older boys she had joined with were allowed to aid other crews.
 
As she grew and filled out into a mature young woman, she was given some additional training and was soon seducing men to gain entry to their houses instead of breaking in. She was beginning to become successful enough that people started asking questions about where her money came from. That was when she went to work at the World's End Tavern.
