Fulvia Nostraema, a half-elven woman, was an astronomer who spent many years working at Ustalav’s Sinkomakti School before she traveled to Cheliax on an extended visit with Paracount Ioseff Xarwin in 4655 ar. During this visit, she wrote the lengthy essay she’s best known for today: “Nihilism’s Sacred Garrote.”
“Nihilism’s Sacred Garrote” was about the Dominion of the Black’s religious practices. The PC also learns that Ioseff had Fulvia committed to Darakole Asylum in Vyre after she had a nervous breakdown and attempted to burn the manor down.
