Councilor Oswaldo Yeoh is a member of the Temasek Steering Committee, a seasoned politician, and a BJJ practitioner. He has close ties with the Ministry of Defense (MINDEF) and is a stalwart advocate of strengthened national defense, sovereignty, and market neutrality.
 
He was sidelined in the committee by Margaret Seow's pro-corp faction after the completion of the Tian Dao Space Elevator in 2049. But he regained prominence in the following year after he tipped off BYTE and his colleagues about Boeing's ploy for the city.
