Albert Finch
Single, middle aged low-class slaad who worked as a janitor for Holmes Banking in Graywater. His house was located on the eastern shore of Graywater, south of his place of employment. Body was found drowned at the edge of the marsh. Walter was his replacement at the bank
Big Mackie
The Mobster King of Sludgetown. Big Mackie does things with his fists, and prefers physical intimidation to that weird magical shit. He leaves that up to his daughter, Lara Dantelle
Charlie Codair
Second-born grandson of Maurice Codair, one of the most important and recognizable high-class slaad in the city of Basyre, second to his older brother Jack of course, who seems to be better than him in every way.
Chip Hanover
Hobgoblin who runs Frog Legs, a nightclub/brothel in Graywater. Employs Sam Felton as a dancer/prostitute.
Eddie Finley
A friendly margernian gnome originally from Tabberam. He moved to Lofton and then found himself in Basyre. Works as the general bartender in Pub Garfield
Ernie Webster
A hobgoblin detective working for the Basyre Greywater Guard. First informed the orphans of the death of their friend Walter and advised them not to investigate.
Hancock
A seemingly upper class Slaad hailing from Southbridge. Now manages the business side of Pub Garfield.
Henry
Slaad boy from Charlesburg, tried to steal from the party, was nearly killed by Sam several times. Helped lead the gang to an alligator which they defeated, wanted to go adventuring with them but was not allowed to.
Izebel
Yeva's best and most talented child. Routinely went on missions outside of the nest. She ran into the Graywater orphans when trying to infiltrate the feywild. Izebel then lured Attie and her friends to Yeva Moskal and the rest of Moskal's Demons. Killed by Sam on 34 AQU 899, the last of the demons to die before Attie.
Jack Codair
The handsome, smart, and cunning first-born son of Esmeralda Codair, the obvious heir to Maurice's empire. Loved by his mom and grandfather, despised by his brother Charlie.
Jenny O'Hare
High-Class slaad who previously worked at Holmes banking, befriended the janitor Walter before his death.
Lara Dantelle
Big Mackie's 16-year-old daughter. Quiet, brooding, and proficient at magic.
Madison
A large low-class slaad from Northbridge, originally a bridgeguard but moved to Basyre after an unspecified incident. Now works security for Pub Garfield.
Mildred Sand
Runs the Greywater orphanage. She's stern, but not unkind. Her punishments were usually very harsh if the kids stayed out too late or got into trouble.
Rupert
A mute low-class slaad, works in the kitchen for Pub Garfield, uses notes to get messages across.
Sebastian Holloway
Private detective in Graywater, used to employ Eugene Lancaster as an assistant.
Timmons Chamberlain
A strange elf dressed in orange and yellow robes. The graywater orphans met him on their way to Lofton. Carried a tall walking stick and large leather-bound tome. He interviewed the Graywater Orphans before leaving unexpectedly the next day.
Walter
Low Class slaad who grew up with the graywater orphans. Developed a Bug Juice habit in his teens and wound up running with Big Mackie. Died 21 AQUAS 899 at age 18.
Yeva Moskal
A devout fanatic of the goddess Lolth, the sorceress and alchemist Yeva Moskal is intent on repeating history and acheiving an act of god. Once before, Lolth, the spider queen, transformed the creations of Lyra the leprechaun and corrupted them to become dark elves.
