Session 17: Misthaven Report
General Summary
As the Chapter of Gold left the twisted town of Fharin, an old man violently puked up a necrotic shard; a shard eerily similar to the ones found outside of Steelwater Flats.
Despite the schedule suggesting no trains that morning, a private car, Misthaven, rolled into the station. Using the face of Malak Dargash as a disguise, Darian Coley, attacked the Chapter of Gold. Despite their best efforts, both Darian Coley and Henri Hémery died in their attempt to capture the gang.
Taking their new unregistered train to Rainsmarket, the Chapter of Gold saught a moments reprieve before heading to the Tomb of Lost Souls. In the tomb's depth the gang found Zachar the Reaper twisting dark magic from a book. Acting fast, the Chapter of Gold took arms against the monster. Together they overcame the lich, but Deacon Glaas received a necrotic injury withering his left leg.
Taking time to read through the book (written by Kali the Seeker), Asra discovered a ritual; a ritual to ascend an Iosan to Godhood and replace Scyrah.
