While Alward doesn't have an adventurer or hero background, he does have one that is very interesting. Stating that he came from a portal around the outside of Oakenhost and that he is from another world. Many think he is crazy, but enjoy his company. -
Asog Bloodmaster
A barbarian in his younger days, he worked with Tarathiel and served Oakenhost, keeping the baddies from the Pervoyen Forest at bay. However, instead of having to buy the tavern, his father handed it over to him and retired. Keeping his handy axe behind him, he has a positive and friendly demeanor. -

Mayor of Human Settlement Evios
The Human Mayor of the Human Settlement in Oakenhost. Very kind even though his exterior looks make him unapproachable. Fought hard to get the University of Oakenhost built. -
Fliemta
One of the younger Tavern owners out of the 4, Fliemta is adventurous, but never went on any adventures. She is loud and excitable and enjoys chaos in her tavern; while demanding people remain respectful to her place of business. -
Mayor of the Gnomish Encampment Framzac Gilhorn
A big tinkerer, many of his inventions can be found around the gnomish homes. While he welcomes all types of races to his Gnomish encampment, it is hard for him to house those that are larger than gnomes. He is always looking for a challenge when it comes to creating or building new items or machinery. -

She is the owner of the bookstore in Oakenhost. There is a calming feeling she exudes; usually having a warm touch, some will think nothing of it and some are directly affected by it. She is very intelligent. -

Has a very gruff voice that can scare off many people, but he is a big teddy bear underneath it all. Always working for the betterment of his encampment. He is a large follower of Sparkova, not believing the negative remarks that are made against the Church. -

Owner and bar keep of the Tipsy Buffalo in the Elven Encampment. He used to be a ranger, and retired after years of service to Oakenhost. Buying the Tipsy Buffalo from the original owner, he expanded on it and made it into an Inn as well. -

Being the Mayor of the Elven encampment of Oakenhost, he is very interested in all things magic. While he feels the elves are the superior race, he is very tolerant towards other races; unsure if this is from years of having to keep up appearances or if he actually feels this way. No'it wakes up days after his party left for Falseshield. Finding himself alone in the bookstore will he be tempted to look around or just sit there and wait? The group has found out a lot about a cultist that used to live in Falseshield. Something peculiar about this man and his connection to nightmares in Falseshield has led the group to take interest in a place deep in the Pervoyen forest. What will they find when they get there?

The party moves through the forest without their cleric. They head south to Falseshield to figure out what is going on and what the Mayors of Oakenhost needed them to investigate. As they near the town they can hear the screams of the people behind the walls.

Session 1: Introductions
You all go about your day in Oakenhost; whether you are a traveler from some other country, someone who has lived in Lussida their whole life, or someone who was born and raised in Oakenhost, you find yourselves perusing the marketplace of this large city. As you walk around you notice men and women clad in all types of armor with many different types of weapons walking up to a board. Upon closer inspection the board is littered with different papers, all being pulled off by the various creatures walking up to this board. Once the large group scatters in different directions with the various papers they pulled off, you notice one solitary paper left. Almost as if it weren't good enough to be taken.

The local guild has given a mission to the new group. Rated as a low level D mission, they are perfect for it. They Mayors of Oakenhost are willing to pay as well, so that sweetens the deal a bit. As the party gets ready to leave Oakenhost what could possibly go wrong?
