Session 6: A falling out Report

General Summary

At the beginning of the session we skipped back in time a day for No'it to experience the nightmare he had. Affecting him to his core, he kept himself quiet and went to pray to Millverne. Later that evening he went to meet up with his party by the book store.   As they were leaving and heading towards the guild hall for some rest, a woman called out to them for aid. She had an accent like Moonlight and claimed she was from Balfont; her father is the mayor there and she insinuated that she did not like him. She introduced herself as Starlight and Drex was quite smitten with her. They arrived at the guildhall and went to bed for the evening; No'it buying a bottle of booze equivelant to 151 and drinking half the bottle before passing out.   As each one fell asleep they had their dreams again, except Loanlo was in each one. For Moonlight, he watched from the side as his father came in to beat his mother; it was then he was able to see there were 2 babies; himself and his sibling. Taking the life of the other one, his father left both of them on the bed. He watched as Loanlo appeared in the room, called baby moonlight down and brought his sibling back to life. Taking them from that place she left and brought them to safety.   No'it dreamt of the tribe in the forest again, but this time instead of being strangled to death, Loanlo stepped in and told him that Millverne was actually proud of him and told him the reason Millverne had him do what he did.   Drex experienced the same dream and came back to the camp where all his friends were dead; slowly turning into his family. Loanlo appeared behind him and told him how desperate his family was to find him that they hired the local adventurers guild to try to find him; and that they loved him dearly.   Mortem had the same nightmare as the night before, but before Jakult was able to rip the hearts of his friends out, Loanlo stepped in. Finding himself in a bright white room with her, she told him that she has never left him, and that what the church did was inexcusable.   Each one had a good nights sleep and they woke up early the next morning ready to go. Mortem decided he needed to head to the bookstore to get something and Drex decided to follow. No'it and Moonlight stayed back and waited. However, Moonlight noticed that Gin was running towards them, panic written on her face. Moonlight and No'it headed for her. There was an odd sensation in the air; something was happening with the weave and No'it was able to feel a divine presence where they were originally standing.   She spoke to each of them in her head and told them to speak the incantation when the time was right. Moonlight asked why and she said it was to protect them from others killing them. Everyone else in town was frozen in time; moonlight looking to experiment, took out his dagger and poked a person in the arm to see what would happen. He saw the pin prick and then saw a little droplet of blood stay there on the skin.   Loanlo told them to get behind her, she grew in size slightly and unfolded her wings in a way that it hid them. As she got to the border of Oakenhost, there were 3 deities standing there. Jakult, Sparkova and Dayvana. After a very heated argument, Jakult started to threaten the world due to his hatred for it. As he states that she spoke to the group in her mind and asked for them to do it now. She crouched down and the group behind her raised their hands and spoke the spell. Drawing her soul into them so they could cast it; she cast the final piece and sent the other 4 deities to other planes where it would take them a long time before they could come back. She labored to breath and finally passed out on the ground after having visions play in her mind. The group watched, each one of them getting a piece of what she saw, and the boundary around Oakenhost evaporated. Mortem picked her up and they all headed back to the bookstore.   Millverne, Declusii and Axerious walked in and Millverne picked her up off the couch. They brought the others to her home, hidden underneath the bookstore; Millverne setting her down in her room. Drex walked around to check out the books, No'it stood there, Mortem went in by Loanlo and Moonlight played the piano; playing one of his favorite lullaby's.   They eventually discussed things with Declusii, Millverne and Axerious, made sure they would be with her to protect her and then the group went on their way. They headed south to leave Oakenhost where they met Starlight again and she asked to go with them. They agreed and they went on their way. The encountered goblins and a barghest; mortem ahd an encounter with a person in a trench coat, who he thinks is named stupid, and they met a group of adventurers who were being rather loud. A woman name Vincenza asked if she could join them, and Drex made a pass at her and said she definitely could join. Moonlight talked her out of it, saying that it was most likely because of her that the others survived. She decided to stay with her group.   As they got to the crossroads to either continue south or head towards rockbasher tribe, they found 2 rocks jutting from the ground. The group came together and Mortem tried to bash the one, causing a blue dragon wyrmling to come out from the sand. Fighting ensued and a second one made himself known. The party was only able to down one and the second flew off; but dealt considerable damage to Moonlight before leaving.
