The Hellgate Report

General Summary

After sneaking into the cellar hidden beneath Berny’s Masonry the heroes find an unholy ritual going on. The remaining toffee apple salesman has become a sacrifice and now serves as the base for a portal to the abyss from which demons begin to appear.  Desperate to close the portal Marble is able to swipe Berny’s abyssal tome containing the ritual. Things are becoming desperate for the heroes who need to close the portal quickly as they are running out of spells and health. As a barlgura threatens to decimate the party the portal is finally closed sending Berny fleeing the cellar.
