Khasari didnt show up, we were all very sad, the solution is that she must make a character for her baby and bring him to play each session.
Players finished hanging around in the celebration, each of them were approached and dealt with an NPC coming to talk to them:
Ariange: Galilei Galilo, was very frustrated that nobody is taking him seriously, finally stoops to talking to Ariange. He spoke with Ariange about setting up a meeting with his Sultana, stating that it is of the upmost importance that they meet to discuss... "Shackles of Emberessh are shattering", this is the planet that he was told not to look at, thankfully the Sultana gave Ariange permission to deal with him on her behalf. They discussed many things and it appears as if the leader of the The Star Seer Council knows a great deal of info, Ariange was able to learn: That Embessh holds a fully intact outsider, Emberessh, about the first and second Outsider wars, about the age and timeline of the gods and the solar system and many more things, some of which goes counter to the history that is taught publically. The demigods, stellar planets and timeline documents have all been updated to reflect this new information.
Raime: Taisho Meiji, Approached Raime with poise and perfection, bowing in greeting as he addressed the Prince of Rusonia. He was hoping to deal with Ardenkina and is wondering where she was. Then warns that if he wants to protect his people and family, he should convince his father to submit to the Great Golden Khan. An Aasimar warrior from the far east leading a horde of horsemen who have trampled every nation in Aradia save the jungles of Bharat and the island of Nihon, the Tsar has no hope, for the Khan bears the Mantle of the Heavens, a weapon capable of destroying whole armies in minutes. Taisho is from Nihon (Japan), an island nation of tieflings who managed to survive through a fluke storm that shattered the Khan's invasion fleets, but his strength is such that the loss of 70,000 soldiers means nothing to him, and now he has set his sights west, all nations must bow or be destroyed. Raime declined to take his advice.
Kaden: John Kelly, wanted to talk to Jarl Garruk, is kinda sad he didnt see him at this meeting as its kinda important... he apologized for the genocide that took place in Angrose last time, how they got carried away and defeated and murdered most Jarls and houses and such but is pleased to see they recovered and pleased to report they have no intentions of doing that again... he's actually interested in dragons and wanted to talk to Kaden about that too, he admits he has a dragon in his room now, hoping to name her Dasayta and use her to invent a method of taming and controlling dragons by limiting the interactions they have with shards so they are smart enough to be trained, but dumb enough not to break out of training, he's wondering if Kaden's got any good tips on training or hunting dragons. John isnt happy about being up here in the north, Oceania is a lot hotter but at least Angrose has some cool things to hunt. He hopes to solve the dragon issue by using tamed dragons to kill untamed dragons and create a working relationship between Angrose and the dragons, he seemed genuine, hoping to apologize and bond over this and trying his best, but Kaden blew him off since he's still a cultist after all.
Adamah: Charlemenge, wanted to ask her about her relationship to the Kaiser, how the meeting between nations went and how Rommaco is doing during all this, he is sad Isla couldnt be here for this, recalling how her songs carried across the din of battle in this horrible place ages ago... He "fought" alongside her during all of that, as a medic healing cultist and ally alike but is curious if Isla ever talked to Adamah about what happened in the tower... the party now realizes that all their mentors ever said about the subject is that they went in and stopped the ritual as Martius was entering the world, shunting him back to his prison. He remarks how Adamah seemed more wounded and downtrodden than she should have been. How he has always had the ability to see into people's souls and she seemed... guilty of something... but he will not tarnish her name any further, instead he offered his knowledge about the Kaiser and Saxony in the hopes that it helps further their nation's relationship.
Squire: Sir William Marshal, overheard that Squire is called Squire and so now is curious who she is a Squire to, what her progress to knighthood is, drilling her in all the aspects of being a good Squire and offering her a place by his side as his last Squire was consumed by a dragon and he needs help to find the Flaming Sword of Fire for his knightly order, which is why he is here today to ask the cultists
While they were dealing with all of that Khasari (James) decided that she changed her mind and would not be going up to the top three floors that the DM had prepared because thats where she said she was going and would instead go down further to the floors the DM didnt have prepared. She uncovered:
Layer Three Down: Treasury, Trophy room, Drug Lab, Gustavo's room: Here the cultists were storing a drug made of elf bones that Gustavo was making, they didnt seem to have much in the way of wealth outside of religious items and insence
Layer Four Down: Library, Research, Arcane Rituals, Amina's room: Khasari didnt get far here as the strung up shrunken heads detected her invisibility and sounded the alarm, she was able to evade all the guards to run up to the first floor
Layer One Up: Officier's Quarters: Khasari only got to this room where she saw a skeleton cleaning but was then confronted by Johann Heidler who asked her to stop, she declined and jumped from a window, running to the lavoratory and trying to play it off like she was there the whole time
The celebrations began and they really were great, it was clear the cultists put a lot of effort into it, but they didnt get to show off much of it, which likely would have given the players greater insight into the cult, as Johann soon exited to address the gathering due to Khasari breaking in. He spoke with each emmisary of the celebration and explained how the new and reformed Cult of the Chained God would be acting. No more genocides, no more armies conquering Europa, instead they plan to show the weakness of Europa, by pulling apart the alliances and getting Europa to fight and kill themselves until they are weak enough for the Cult to step in and take control, where they plan to usher in a new age with Martius freed and the ever present outsider threat defeated.

The celebration was ended when "The Bloody Cutlass" attacked from the harbor, its the pirate ship captained by Buffy of House Redwater and she organized a raid to rescue the party and ruin the cultists celebration like they ruined the Session 1: The Red Reunion Report . Oddly enough, the cultists acted in protection of the guests, trying to save them from the battle as they moved to repel the raid, it seemed they were genuine and had no intentions of actually attacking during their own celebration.
It was at this moment Kaden recalled a mission given to him by the Handmaidens of the Raven Queen to place a small silver raven token as deep inside the tower as possible, he entered the tower and began his journey down despite John Kelly yelling at him to stop, he reached the second level where Xaphan told him to stop and he was forced to evade the CHAMPION OF THE ENTIRE CULT, Lloyd Marshall, he then decided to continue on yet deeper and came across THE ECONOMIC LEADER FOR THE ENTIRE CULT and THE MAGIC LEADER FOR THE ENTIRE CULT, where he placed the token on that layer and then attempted to escape. We ended there, I will work out what happens to Kaden with Koda when I can (he's dead.)
