Session 33: The Fall of Ranjasmer.

General Summary

These Guys collect their winnings from Ironclaw who promises them a boat as they asked. Ironclaw says it will take a few days as he is extremely busy but he'll be true to his word.
During the night Cillian Clive and Ashmere Tuarook head off to find one of the council members Friti Svargson who Ashmere beleives has something for him. Friti seems rushed and desperate to leave claiming that Blue Wizards and guards are at the Green Eyes temple. Before she leaves she gives a pass to the towers to them and a cloak for Ashmere. She informs them that she has paid for passage on a ship with a small goblin trafficer. They also see Chalky hung from the gallows.
In the morning they head to Gravens abode, hoping to find him or knowledge of his wearabouts before they check the tower. All they found was evidence that hed been missing for five days, and empty urn and an arrow loaded draw. Juno gave them more clues on Graven and scolded them for not being grateful for his hospitality.
They headed towards the tower, passing both Maximus 'The Book' Alradian and Nila 'The Mace' Geanigo on the way. The Soul tower was full of urns, souls from across Ranjasmer's history. At the very top they found Graven, tied up in a room full of gunpowder. Cillian freed Graven and set off the arcane fuse. Destan Brewer, Minos The Younger, Cillian and Ashmere bolted down the stairs before the fuse egnited and the tower blew.
The massive explosion caused massive boulder like chunks to fly across the city. One hit Cillian, another squished Liza Prickles. A peice of debris brained Graven whilst the tower of the Blue Monks monestry was decimated.
Green mist erupted out of the tower and a voice boomed in all the residents heads. Malvus Darkbane introduced himself to Ranjasmer.
