Dragons first entered the world a century ago, when the infernal tieflings of Matathbavargen were gifted five eggs by their Dragon-Empress. These first five dragons gave birth to further progeny and, eventually, their grandchildren sires clutches of dragonborn. Until ten years ago, they kept to the borders of that kingdom, worshiped by the tieflings. Then, without warning, they began a war of conquest. In the years since, they have completely conquered four neighboring nations and are at war with at least four others. Each day, their empire grows for the glory of the Dragon-Empress.
