Paelias Yaeldrin
Owns the general magic item shop in the city of Flamefell. Often travels the world. He is well-versed in the matters of magic and will trade items for stories or tales. If an item has an interesting story, he will want to collect it. Paelias will also offer deals on some of the items in his possession where he will lend them to you and if you can do something in return for him, the item will then be yours.
River
He is the face of the Adventurer's Guild in Flamefell, often smiling and cajoling in mirth. He was not born in The Ethereal Nexus but has taken it as his home. River is a charmer, often flirting with whomever he sees as attractive.
