The Trail of Dreams

Long ago, before even the Six Sages ruled Bramor, the Dragons lorded over the world. The mortal races had not yet become as numerous and dominant as they are now, and they were kept in check by the great winged serpents.   Some found, however, that the mind of a Dragon was sometimes quite eager to join to the mind of a Mortal, and the two peoples became more than either could have alone.   Legend says that those who wished to be considered as a Dragon's companion must walk the Trail of Dreams, and come out the other side joined and changed, but with power beyond any Mortal imagination.
