Cannonfall

The Debronian port city of Cannonfall is the main hub of sea-borne trade with the rest of Iorofos, and is the largest city in Debronia. Even so, it is still only considered a small town with a population hovering around 4500 inhabitants.  Where some port cities are known for their seedy characteristics, Cannonfall is the exception to the rule, with clean streets and running water in some of the homes. Trade consists mainly of lumber and other forest-grown products brought to the port over Debronia's decently maintained arterial roads.  
The city has a number of different districts, each with their own distinct flavor of culture, though there isn't any one dominant species in the city. Debronia is the place where many come to live in spite of their past, and some come to get lost, and Cannonfall is where a lot of them end up, fearing to go further into the untamed wilds of the country. Those that remain set up shop here in the town, opening businesses and shops that cater to those hardy of spirit who don't fear to venture beyond this port city.
The United Holdings of Debronia claims hold of this main port, and while there is dispute throughout the rest of Debronia which clan owns any given square of land, it's recognized by all of them that this city is best left under the direction of the council that oversees the United Holdings.

Government

Cannonfall falls under the rule of The United Holdings of Debronia, a council of representatives from all the clans of Debronia. Each have an equal say in the management of the city, and each has an equal share of the income derived from the shipping that takes place.

Districts

Harbortown - West coast of the city. Where a number of harbor workers live.
West Quarter - Lower income district on the southwest of town, outside the wall.
Gultier's Road - Southernmost district. Mostly trade and merchants.
Gloomarch - A number of magic users have settled in this district.
Cannonfall Harbor - The harbor, along with the docks and warehouses.
Eastgate - Eastern part of the city, higher income.
Cannonfall Estate - Home of the governor of Cannonfall.
