I'd like for a discussion thread added to this (a World Anvil Article or a Reddit thread) so I as a fellow user can ask for clarification as to which specific fields you feel are absent from the Species Template that would make a Plants template unique. Species covers plants and animals.   Where it grows - Ecology and Habitat (Under Generic) or Geographic Distribution (under Extended)   How it grows - Growth Rate and Stages (under Generic) or Biological cycle (Under Generic)   How if affects wildlife - Uses, Byproducts & Exploitation (under Extended)     What relevance it has to your world - Conservation Status (under Generic) or Uses, Byproducts & Exploitation (under Extended)   WA also just had a big challenge related to plants using the species template.   (negative vote is mostly right now because the current field prompt ideas are already covered in the template, and I'd like further clarification)
