What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Add a "View As" feature to set the "Handout/Live Screen" to display content as a specific user or Subscriber Group.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
I use secrets and subscriber groups to hide content from my players within articles. I'd like to use the storyteller's screen to display information and articles to my players during the session using the Live Screen feature. I share the live screen to a monitor in our game room, but the live screen displays the article with the content as if it were being viewed by me. This makes the feature unusable to me, because it would show all the players the secrets and content hidden in subscriber groups that is intended for the DM only.
Follow up
Thanks for the response. I do use a second account to check what players can see. But here I'm particularly talking about the Storyteller's Screen Handout view. Even when logged into another account (or even when not logged in at all) the player's view shows ALL content in the articles I share, even things that are in private subscriber containers. That view is not respecting content visibility rules at all.
The Team's Response
Thanks for your suggestion! A future update will partially address this usecase in some areas of the interface. In the meantime, as a Guild member, you're allowed to have and use a second account, with which you can test how different things look to other users.
