What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Right now when you go to export an article that has images/tables/ other additions to it and it's not just the text you get a block of text - sometimes with messed up formatting - and all the images & additions below everything.How does this feature request address the current situation?
Print-friendly meaning pretty much what-you-see-is-what-you-get export would mean one can quickly just export and directly print their article if they want to. The current way requires additional rearranging with external programs and makes it a feature some might feel less inclined to use because of that.What are other uses for this feature request?
It could potentially be forwarded and upgraded further into a full-world-article export where one would be able to get all their works with a single "export" button click.The Team's Response

on 2022-01-03 18:05I think a good "printer friendly" export also would minimize ink use as well and just print the bare bones of the article (text/spacing) and not the stylized fonts and background that will eat up ink
