I’ve waited forever for something like this. In my case, I wanted to indicate that mine was system agnostic, but no luck.

You don't need a feature request for this. When you create a campaign, right below where you select your system is a link to the Google form you'd use to request a new one. Here's the Google form, it's also linked in the Feature Guide to the Campaign Manager.
