Parent article -AND- parent category

Currently I must choose between a parent article for related topics and general categories. There's no good reason for this. Why can't I have both?

I would like to be able to categorize my articles, and be able to find them, both through general categories, for example: cities, -and- through nested parent articles, for example: Cites in a particular nation.

This would expand the functionality of world anvil by making it's article structure flexible so as to meet the needs of different types of world makers.

    Have you considered tags?

I suggest you try putting the article underneath a parent article that's then underneath a category. If you want to be able to categorise them further, that's what tags are for.

I wish your post was more clear. Unfortunately I am struggling to understand, what the issue is.

I am really sorry, but this makes no sense to me. An article can be under a single location in the table of contents. how can you have it in two?
