What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

When I roll on a table to randomly decide something, sometimes I want to be able to remove that option from being rolled again on the same table. Preferably, it can be reset/toggled?    

How does this feature request address the current situation?

It would hopefully remove or grey out a row from the list, preventing repeat numbers and outcomes. It would also help keep track of which rows have been "used" over time without taking notes somewhere else.  

What are other uses for this feature request?

Perhaps manually enabling/disabling certain rows. If I want to remove a specific outcome, but also don't want it to be available for a later roll. Or vice versa, if I want to re-enable an outcome to be available again.
