  I would not want this disabled. It is so easy to skip, and having it there makes it easy to capture an idea. Especially since I make a lot of stubs as I am writing and publish them right away so I don't have dead links.

  The title and the vignette seem like the bare minimum you'd always want which is consistent with the idea of a quick create. Storyteller seeds is starting to get into detail. If you want to make notes about them at the same time you can always put them in the content and extract them later when you come back to tidy up the article (as you can with anything else), so this seems like a valid suggested improvement for a "quick" feature.

  With shift+enter it's easy enough to skip through the extra page, but if it's not used that heavily then it would be nice to not have it there at all. Or have customizable quick create steps (much harder to support, I know).

  I also never use it. It would be easier not to have that step at all. Of course for me, I'm good with setting up Title and Category like we do with the TODO List and then I come back to that stub when I'm ready.
