What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Currently, when filtering articles in the Articles section/Athena, the only publication statuses are Stub (fewer than 50 words), Unpublished, and WIP. It isn't possible to search for Published articles or articles marked as Done. In order to find my published articles, I have to search by article type. With 26 article templates, this can be a rather tedious process.How does this feature request address the current situation?
Allowing users to filter articles which are marked as Published or Done/Completed rounds out the filter capabilities to include all the possible statuses. For small worlds, there may be a large number of draft articles and very few published articles. For worlds that have been around awhile, it can be useful to quickly check completed articles and make sure that they are still up to date. These articles are less likely to appear in the other filters such as Recent, Uncategorized, or Untagged. Thus, it's easy for them to fall through the cracks in a medium or large world. This suggestion is to add "Published Articles" and "Completed Articles" as List filters in the Articles panel, also known as Athena.The Team's Response
