I would LOVE this, but maybe an option to turn it on or off? I've seen people who wouldn't like the alphabetical feature, but I'm constantly trying to get mine to do that. (It doesn't stay, for some odd reason!)

A general sorting and filtering system would be quite nice, too. But yeah, by default they should be in alphabetical order.

Then order them by alphabet? I don't really see why that would need to be automated. Besides the automation would generally always be incomplete and not work for all use cases anyway. And most of the time categories don't need to be ordered by alphabet anyway.

So you want this to automatically happen at all times? I disagree with that. A helpful button to automatically sort the subcategories alphabetically as well, rather than only the articles, sure. But not making it mandatory.
