Emoji/Icon responses on comments

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

I would love to see response icons for comments, like we see on discord. Being able to say 'thank you', 'agree', or 'like this!' without cluttering up the comment section would be awesome.

How does this feature request address the current situation?

I don't want to leave peoples comments ignored, but I also feel weird about commenting on my own articles so it would be cool to just be able to click a 'thanks' or 'thumbs up' button when comments are amazing but don't require a full response. If that makes sense.

What are other uses for this feature request?

Could also use it as a way to sort comments that are most relevant, almost like reddit.

There was a comment about emoji's/icons cluttering things up, but I think it wouldn't be difficult to make them invisible for those who do not wish to use them using CSS capabilities we already have.

    This is very unnecessary.

And then we get emojis and icons cluttering up the comment section instead. Brilliant.
