Having recently gotten a Deck of Worlds, there are a lot of types of geographies that I didn't even know existed, but they're pretty cool. I just think it would help with some world-building synergy if all of those options were available, especially as someone that isn't sure what they may translate to in the current drop down.
Follow up
Though I only just saw that world anvil is not the creator of the deck, I doubt implementing this feature would be a problem. Obviously the company that creates the deck knows that works anvil promotes it, plus you can't trademark actual geographical features
