Statblocks are by default white text on a parchment coloured background making them very difficult to read when you pull up an article. While there is the option to change the font colour in the detail sections of the statblocks, most sections such as the actual name of the statblock, armor class, and many other sections are simply a text box that do not allow font changes.
Having the ability to change font sizes and colours can help increase visibility and simplify the reading of the statblocks, especially when they are being used within an article.

Hello there and happy new year! The design of a statblock and possible issues with their font/color etc is on the creator of the sheet and the possible theme of the world (if relevant). If this is specific to a World Anvil created sheet please let us know and show us an example in Discord but this is not a general issue.

on 2022-12-23 12:37This is a visual issue that can appear depending on the combination of themes etc. You should make a bug report and not feature request. Statblocks are not by default white text on light background. There are also hundreds of different statblock templates with each different CSS.
