More Control over Discord Webhooks

I would love to be able to have more control over how the Discord Webhook notification presents information to my servers! Currently the Discord webhook integration overrides the webhook's name with "[WORLD NAME]" and profile picture with the WorldAnvil logo, and only includes an embed for the article (with a link).
Some ideas for webhook options:
- Assign the webhook a name and profile picture: Which is more exciting: seeing an update for IMMORTAL, or seeing that the Ruined Sage has uncovered lost knowledge? There's so much potential for flavor in delivering news about your world!
- Include a customizable message: Being able to include a custom message, such as pinging particular roles in my server or having some kind of flavorful "RECEIVING INCOMING TRANSMISSION" message accompanying a new post would be wonderful! At minimum this should probably be set in World Configuration (one default message that is included with all webhook pushes), but it would also be neat to allow for a different custom message for every push!
