What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
The ability to transfer characters from Hero Lab similar to the ability to transfer maps from other places.How does this feature request address the current situation? IM unable to transfer characters from hero lab at the moment.
What are other uses for this feature request? This will allow me to and others to transfer may characters already built in hero lab. This will also allow me to have characters updated through play as play happens.
Follow up
So I really have not technical knowledge of how this would work but I think the ability to autofill character sheets and other information from Hero Lab to the character sheets here on world anvil. This feature would save time from reentering information already built in Hero Lab. While the data entry is a huge time sink especially when this time had been spent once already. This would allow transfer with far fewer mistakes in translation or transfer. Filling in each stat, equipment and other fields directly from the original switching from one screen to the other causes more opportunity for mistakes be it in clerical or wrong firlds etc. Im not really sure when else to say about this as im to ignorant (not stupid just unskilled in programing) of what this takes.

Might try to put more love in your suggestion, explain a bit more, write down how you'd like it to work, where you would like to find the feature and so on. This feels more like "I had this idea, but I haven't put more thought into it, let the devs do all the work" which might be the reason, why it has so little support.
