Current situation (in new editor) : when making a "search", a small editor for searching appears. Then, the most intuitive thing to remove it is to strike the "escape" key. Often (not always, neither never), it will close everything, even the article itself.
Suggestion : prevent closing the article editor with the ESC key, or ensure that the esc key closes the "search" box.
Potential issue : what if several "search" boxes are opened in different text boxes? One solution = ESC key closes all opened search boxes (because lost of focus on latest text edition can be easy, especially when scrolling, ...).
It will prevent losing the article editor context
A really frustrating thing for me! I wish either the ESC button would just close the pop-up on top, and then the next one on top, etc., *or* it just won't close the article editor. Especially since if i press ESC and close the article editor, it takes like 5 seconds to even register, and then another few seconds just to open it again D:
I automatically hit esc when closing a comment mid article and it closes the entire article.
