What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
At the moment when I add a date to an article, for instance date of birth, or founding of a settlement, I then have to add that manually to the chronicle.How does this feature request address the current situation?
Either have the date added automatically to the Chronicle (or timeline) or have an option to have it added direct from the articles page.What are other uses for this feature request?
Would mean the chronicle could be even more useful in building the world and tying everything together.Follow up
It would also be great to have updates on the World Map be copied across to the Chronical Map and vice versa

Thanks for the suggestion! Automatic addition will not be implemented as it's not possible with how the system works under the hood. However, greater integration between timeline a chronicle events is planned for the future.
