Basically when entering text in an article or really anything on this site. I can't undo what I just entered or redo something I had deleted like in MS document files. This may be more than one feature but really should not be.

The Team's Response

Please read on Lyraine's answer. :) Also Euclid now has the Autolinker on it :) Great reason to switch   Also keep in mind that the WYSIWYG will be getting a refresh very soon that might add much more advanced functionality there too!

I absolutely agree, especially when using the
or xdx or other bbcode commands. Using one of those seems to completely mess with undo/redo

Just press Ctrl+Z to redo/undo what you type.

As someone who randomly lost a large chunk of my article that Crtl+Z could not recover, I feel like this could possible be helpful in some situations

The feature already exists but is a bit hidden. so maybe documentation would be helpful since the euclid editor does not have a "undo" button and not everyone thinks about trying ctrl+z automatically. So I get where this is coming from.   Upvoting for documentation or tooltip.

This sounds to me like you're using the Plato Editor, though I don't remember if CTRL+Z has been recently added to it or not, I recommend the Euclid Editor https://www.worldanvil.com/w/WorldAnvilCodex/a/text-editors   On that editor and the Legacy editor, CTRL+Z and CTRL+Y work as they would for an MS document. If there are other things you need help with, https://www.worldanvil.com/help/ is a really helpful directory of places to get help. (I personally recommend the Discord since I lurk there and tend to be in the Help channels)

Control Z works, just like it also does in a MS document.
