Birth of Berth
Regeneration. The companion regains 1d6+2 HP at the start of each of its turns, provided it has at least on HP remaining, is within 10ft of a dead creature, and has not taken fire damage since its last turn. Death Throes. When this companion drops to 0 HP, each creature in a 15ft radius of it other than you must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, a creature takes damage as if from your Cloud of Corruption feature and is poisoned for one minute. On a success, it takes half damage and is not poisoned.
Multiattack. The companion makes two attacks, only one of which can be a bite, OR makes one attack with its stinger. Needle. Ranged weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 60ft, one target you can see. Hit: 1d8 + 3 + PB piercing damage. Bite. Melee weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 5ft, one target you can see. Hit: 1d10 + 3 + PB piercing damage, and the target must make a strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be grappled. The companion can only grapple one creature at a time like this, and cannot use its bite action while it has a creature grappled. Stinger. Melee weapon attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 10ft, one target you can see. Hit: 1d8 + 3 + PB piercing damage, and the target must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or take an additional 3d6 necrotic damage and be poisoned for one minute. On a success, the creature takes half damage and isn't poisoned.
