    The time and cost to copy any abjuration spell into your spellbook is halved.

    Arcane Ward
    When you cast an abjuration spell of 1st level or higher, you can simultaneously create a magial ward on yourself that lasts until you finish a long rest. The ward has 12 Hitpoints (2x Wizard level + INT modifier). The ward takes damage in your stead, but should it fall you take any remaining damage. Additionally, whenever you cast an abjuration spell, the ward regains hitpoints equal to twice the spell's level.
    You can only create this ward once per long rest, but it dropping to 0 hitpoints doesn't destroy it.


    Feats

    Ember Blood

    • Increase your Intelligence score by 1.
    • You can see through smoke, ash, etc., both natural and magical, that results from fire.
    • You can choose to emit bright light from yourself in a 30ft. radius, shedding dim light for another 30ft.
    • Once per short rest, whenever you are attacked by an enemy, you can, as a reaction, emit a could of embers and ash around you, causing that enemy and all future attacks against you to have disadvantage until the start of your next turn.
