You behave differently and even if you speak the language, you have an accent. This trait is used in every interaction with locals around you who know you. Examples of grades of strangeness, using examples from Cinders of the Cataclysm:

-2: You are a wastelander in the city or vice versa.

-4: You are a mutant.
