As with all of the works that make up The Law of the Porphorion Empire this, the third volume focuses in upon the history and philosophies of a God, this one being Hælan (the green God). Within this book are told the histories, myths, and stories of Hælan's life and how attempts to emulate the good of Hælan has resulted in laws utilised by the Empire in relation to the natural world, the hunting of beasts of the land, and especially how any healer administers medicine. As such, many healers use the knowledge herein to improve their healing.
