Uburac

The warlike and ambitious kingdom of Uburac, in northern Zaniq, is ruled by a mighty red dragon of the same name who has lived for over a thousand years. He desires the destruction of Ostela and those loyal to it, and because of this many wars between the two draconic powers havd have begun. Although ruled by dragons, they are technically the minority, with most citizens being dragonborn.

Structure

Led by King Uburac, and divided into four major provinces ruled by four other ancient dragons: the lords and ladies of black, blue, green, and white.

History

Though it would be controversial to suggest it to a dragon, some theorize that similarities between the structure of Ostela and Uburac is proof that they were once united in a powerful draconic civilization. If this is true, no one is sure what caused it to split in two.

Religion

Uburac's people usually follow the Four Gods, with the same Draconic religion as Ostela. Zosoa is considered the lead god and Idali their second-in-command. Jovac is viewed as a war god rather than an overall deity of destruction, and is slightly more important than Ennera.

Foreign Relations

Incredibly hostile relations with Ostela--they have been at war for many centuries, though sometimes going for decades without combat.
