Goblinoid
Native to Bilorr, goblinoids all evolved from a predecessor goblin race. The goblins are the smaller of the two, and were original relatively peaceful until many of them were incorporated into hobgoblin societies, though many goblins in hobgoblin nations fill non-violent roles.
The hobgoblins are known for their martial prowess, tactical skill, and offensive wizardry, and once ruled the powerful Livokian Empire in southern Bilorr. Some goblins outside hobgoblin society remain pacifist, especially in the goblin realm of Anzor in the Thusen Archipelago, while others join human or elven nations or inhabit the Matalas Forest.
Not all hobgoblins are warlike, however, and some of their communities are no more hostile than the average human ones. The Livokians themselves are arguably not as war-obsessed as they seem.
