Captain Phineas Salt

Phineas is captains the Sandpiper, a merchant ship that mainly takes goods and occasionally passengers between Caldor and the mainland. He likes to gamble, but he's not particularly good at it. As such, he lost his Sea Chart to Lucky Clive. Without the Chart, the Sandpiper wouldn't have been able to travel safely, but the party recovered the Sea Chart from the OId Hag and returned it to Captain Phineas (thought they did attempt to extort him for an even better deal).
