○ The reason for that is because he can't take their ability to heal, so there would be a lot of blood loss
○ Other than his eyes, his physical looks are not affected by his mutation

Personal history

He is a former member of Blackout. He had become a member after the death of his parents by the hands of some Meek.
He quit when they were assigned to kill the children of some corrupt politician.
After he quits Blackout, the organization sends somebody in his place to act as #13. Nobody knows that it isn't really #13, except #13 himself, the Replicator, his bosses, and their organization allies.
None of them, except the Replicator and the Big Boss knows his true identity.
