History

The Black Widows are an organization of villains that are assigned to take out important figures against the Mutant Movement.
They say they are doing this for the better of the world, however they sometimes are given tasks to take out innocent people, including children.
They recruit mutant children to do their work for them, assigning them a number and giving them tattoos to remind them of their positions.
They treat their assassins like numbers, and not kids.
