Personal history

She and her family were in a terrible accident when she was a child. Ryker had initially died in the crash. For months before the crash had happened, Blair would have dreams of it. It was the first manifestation of her powers. For days after her brothers death, she dreamed of him awakening, fully alive and only missing an eye.
She told her parents, to their disbelief and would beg and plead them to believe her. One day the call came in, and to their surprise; she had been right all along.

Education

She skipped the last grade in elementary school and went straight to middle school and graduated at 17.
She is attending college for psychology.
She didn't go to the same schools as her brother

Accomplishments & Achievements

She runs a program for mutants to learn to control their powers. The program also gives them shelter and food if necessary and other forms of help.

She and Ryker both have (joined) nightmares of the car crash.
